Confectioners erythritol is often used in recipes to make frosting and sometime as fine dusting powder to decor some keto desserts. It is used to give a light and silky textures to you icing and it does not crystalize the keto desserts as the granular erythritol would when refrigerated. All you need is a grinder and granulated erythritol. You can buy a decent size grinder from Amazon at a reasonable price or you can use your existing coffee or spice grinder at home; just make sure it is thoroughly cleaned before each use, you won’t like your keto desserts tasting like coffee or other spices. And then you just need to grind the granular erythritol until it becomes a very fine grade powder.
